Reservations made online are treated as requests only. The federal government limits the number of people we can take on the river, so we must confirm the availability of the date and trip you request. Since the difficulty of our trips varies greatly, we must also ensure that the trip you have chosen is suitable for your party. You will not be charged until after we have contacted you to confirm your reservation.

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance is due no later than the day before the trip. Large groups and custom trips must be paid in full 21 days before the trip or by agreed date (separate deposit arrangements may be made). Cancellations received 21 days or more before the trip begins will receive a 100% refund less a service charge of 15% of the trip cost. Cancellations made less than 21 days before the trip begins will forfeit their deposit. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the trip begins and no-shows will be charged the full trip price. We reserve the right to cancel any trip due to weather conditions, river level or other circumstances beyond our control in which case a full refund will be given, but we cannot be responsible for other expenses you may have incurred in booking your trip. We recommend you consider trip cancellation insurance.
